BERLIN: Transmediale starts today!
Charlemagne Palestine will announce the commencement of the festival by ringing the bells of the Tiergarten Carillon (which is a chime tower). Charlemagne Palestine is the advocat of a serious minimal music, defending this music form against its commercial heroes (Philip Glass etc.).
